Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Legacy Video Filming Process
Filming Schedule: All filming for this promotional offer must take place on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays and must be completed by June 30, 2025.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled filming date to avoid a cancellation fee. Any cancellation made within 7 days of the scheduled filming date will incur a $500 cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.
Payment: Full payment for the Legacy Video project is required at the time of purchase. This payment secures the client’s booking and ensures the service delivery on the agreed filming date.
Ownership and Use of Footage: The footage captured during the filming remains the property of SARBI Media Group Pty Ltd until the final edited video is delivered. After delivery, ownership rights of the final edited video will transfer to the client, while SARBI Media Group retains the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Liability: SARBI Media Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for any unforeseen events that may prevent filming on the scheduled day. A new date can be negotiated without penalty under such circumstances.
By agreeing to proceed with the Legacy Video service, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
